JD Sports offers a Free Same Day Click & Collect service across its UK stores. To qualify for same-day pickup, you must place your order online before 2:00 PM. Once processed, you will receive an email and SMS notification confirming your items are ready to collect at your chosen location.

Collection Requirements and Rules

Before heading down to your local high street or retail park, make sure you have everything required to complete your pickup. JD Sports holds your items in-store for up to 7 days (with a reminder sent after 4 days) before initiating a return and refund. When you arrive at the counter, you must present your order confirmation email or SMS alongside a valid form of photo ID (such as a passport or driving licence). If you chose to nominate someone else to collect the package during the checkout process, they will need to show your proof of purchase along with their own photo ID.
